Hi I have been on methotrexate since February I am also taking naproxen and been on morphin patches for the last four weeks to try and control the pains but nothing is working I cannot take anything with codean I have tummy trouble I am still working but the pains are bad can anyone help

If you're having a flare, do you need to chat to your GP or rheumatology team about whether a short course of prednisone might help?

A number of people on the Pain Concern forum have found some benefit from CBD products (legal in the UK) and there has been some recent discussion on them on this board.
It sounds like you need to move on from methotrexate alone. There are many options available to us. What does your rheumatologist say?
