Pip report question (sorry)

Sorry to ask a pip question, I know lots of people ask, but you are all so helpful!

I have received my pip report back but not the outcome letter yet. The report suggests that I have been awarded standard for the living and enhanced mobility (yay!) I was pushing to get the enhanced for the living also as I struggle a lot and my husband has taken on an awful lot of caring and cooking, but as I was witnessed drinking a drink they felt that I could cook a meal, which is craziness! They did note that I had a weakened grip but still gave me lower points than I expected. so I lost some points on that descriptor which brought me down to standard. I've provided lots of evidence so is there a chance that DWP could go against the report either award me higher or lower than what the report suggested. I don't want to argue the point and contact dwp to say that it doesn't make sense as I think they are wrong as I'm happy to have any help and money really! . It just, I'm so anxious about it all. They have suggested that I have the pip for 2 years? could this change also when I get the out come letter.....

Sorry to ask so many questions, it probably would be easier if I just wait for the outcome!!

Personally I would just be great full for what I got, because these enquiries can be turned a round and you could end up with nothing. It does happen I'm sorry to say. But hopefully someone else who is more qualified will read this and say something entirely different lol, whichever you decide I wish you well.
