Hi everyone. Hope ur all aswell as can be. My 1St rheumatoid appointment 2morrow. I'm slightly nervous. Pain was really bad yesterday thinking was change in weather. Went 2 gullivers world with my children. Oh how I suffered at the end of the day. My feet were hurting & slightly swollen & burning. Think I'm still recovering from it

Write a few bullets points on how you are, joints affected, brief timeline of disease, initial questions, ?referral to podiatrist (whether via consultant or gp). The number of times I have been to see the consultant and cannot think of what I wanted to ask once I am in the room. Think how you dress as will need access to joints. Ask about access to a helpline as many clinics run a rheumy nurse helpline in case of drug queries between consultations. Farm
