My Bargain of the month.

Have problems trying to put my socks on. So when I saw this in the local charity shop. I had to have it. It's made my day. Does anyone else use one?  Been having a bad time lately  but just something simple like buying this has really cheered me up. Only cried 2 or 3 times today instead of constantly.

Hi - you can apply for ESA if you are not getting any SSP (your employer should have informed you!)  phone your local jobcentre plus and they should be able to help - it will mean another long form but will be worth it.  I was in that position last year and it doesn't help you feel any better having to stress about having no money.  You should be able to get the assessment rate until the form is completed and assessed. Good luck.

My OT told me that thsee aids went much good. I'm going to look up the brand and try and buy one.  It's the simple things in life that make ide easier. Since I had a hip replacement last year I can't put a sock on that foot.  Frustrating.  I hope you feel better soon.

If you can't find this brand, don't worry. I have a simple one made with a sheet of plastic and string, which worked very well when I had my hip replacement :)

I'm 10 months down the line since total hip replacement and still unable to put a sock or tights on that leg. Frustrating

Hi well done a useful bargain at a fantastic price. I rarely wear socks a very occasionally wear tights ( they take about 15mins to get on) then I am so hot I need another shower . Are there any gadgets out there which help with tights.?

Hope your PIP goes well and you hear soon..

P.s. why do the models on this gadgets have beautiful perfect legs !!
