I am seeking a good breakfast menu. I want to stop using my regular breakfast of Ceral and milk. I have discovered that milk is a trigger for my RA.

Boiled eggs or poached eggs on whole meal toast are my favourites! Or mushrooms boiled and spinach wilted over them!? X
My family like things like soya, almond, oat milk, and lactose free. ...A question of buying each one and seeing which one you like.
Hiya dgray78377 & welcome. I don't think you can beat just plain simple porridge with honey if you prefer a bit of sweetness or whatever fruit you prefer. It's cheap, even more so made the traditional way with water & sets you up for the day. I'm not a breakfast person at all, weekdays I just have a coffee, but I'd miss my lazy day weekend porridge!
Thanks to all who responded. Be blessed.
I have stopped using cow's milk on my cereal, or in porridge, and use oat milk or almond milk..... or other such milks that are sugar free.
I sometimes use fruit juice on my cereal instead of milk
I only eat muesli [used to make my own] and soak it in fruit juice and/or milks [see above] over night.
I alternate between cereal and porridge
Hi I find that dairy products are a trigger and for the past months has been using Koko milk.
I like to have a fried egg, with bacon and avocado for breakfast. Sometimes I will deep fry sliced overripe plantain in coconut oil if I'm not having an egg or if I am craving a sweet carb. I find that the avocado is filling and will keep me satiated all the way to lunch time.
Thank you, but I was told eggs triggers RA also. I am glad it is not a problem for you. Be blessed.
Hi
a good satisfying breakfast I find that helps is half a cup of gluten free cornflakes plus half a cup of Organic Oats, 1Tablespoon of sultanas or raisins, a chopped apple, or pear plus some walnuts and 1 tspn of ground ginger, add Almond Milk to taste.
Give it a try.
