Today I got out of bed and made my morning coffee. Somewhere along the line I had a brain fart and added 2 ice cubes to my cup instead of milk. I blame the steroid taper. Cold coffee anyone?

Surely your 'subconscious' desired an ice coffee βοΈ βοΈ , paulywoo , & was merely overriding your conscious . . . π π π
[As long as you didn't place πΆ (instead of ice tray) in freezer β all's well. π π ]
Oh wait . . . best check freezer . . . 'just in case' . . . π³ π― π€£

Haha; that sooo cheered me up ! Apologies .......
It's amazing how this affects us all, cheered me up today xxx
I'm glad this put a smile on a few faces. It's a chilly day today, definitely not an iced coffee kind of day Kai. x
Clearly your subconscious wanted iced coffee
On a more serious note, why do we get brain fog? This has bothered me for a long time and it's one of the worst!
.
[Use to tell manager it was because his tie π was too tight β not enough oxygen getting to his brain. π¬ π ]
But these seem a more likely reasons: healthline.com/health/brain...

So funny.... or maybe not, mmmm! ππ§
Ha ha ha Brilliant !! Itβs 5.17am and i just nearly peed the bed. Rofl.
Reminds me of when i made a cuppa for my OH in the dark and for some mad reason i cracked an egg in it instead of putting in milk. You should have seen him wretching afterwards.
You made my day.
X xx
Thanks for my first giggle of the day Xandii π
LOL I wish I could blame my brain fog on the steroid taper....but since I'm not on steroids, what would be my excuse for storing the raw beef & pork in the closet?
Ha ha I get foggy too π€£ Xx
Excellent π
This cheered me up especially like not the only one with brain fogπ
Brilliant,I suffer from brain fog regularly but I'll use fart for really bad episodes. Thanks for the laugh.
Regards Mike
Thanks Paulywoo for your post. It's given me such a giggle the dog's looking at me funny. She has no sense of humour.

Haha got to love a fellow doggie person. Aren't they just the best medicine ever! No matter what the day throws at me my two little jack russells always manage to make me laugh. x
Apart from the snoring (its very loud) she's brilliant. Loves everybody, especially children. A total floozie who gives good snuggles and fun too. In fact, I'm just trying to persuade Himself that we need another, currently in the care of the RSPCA. Wish me luck

This is an example of how most of us feel at times.
I have a pager for work and I often take home by error which I did yesterday and didn't realise until I arrived home. As I'm on leave until 20th November I needed to take it back.
I travel to and from work by bus and usually arrive home around 6:40 pm so back I go by car to take it back and arrived back home by 7:20
