Getting there................

Good morning all.Well i am now 18 stone 1 pound in weight from about 20st. I am feeling better in myself and i am sleeping better which is something i haven't done for such a long time. I am usually asleep by ten and i sleep usually until five or six in the morning which for me is great. I am of the steroids and the pain relief at the moment. The only pain relief i am taking is paracetamol in liquid form, well two pills dropped in water. I am on the second stage of my recovery and am having liquidised food instead of just soup and complan(liquid supplement in milk) Yesterday i had lightly scrambled egg and though it didn't lok ver nice it tasted like manna from heaven. Hugs to you all.xxxxx

Ps. my conservatory with my plants in to over winter.xxxx

Lavender probally not. The clemetis could stay out if it is a hardy one.xxx

You are doing ever so well. 18 st. from 20st. wow.

Do I need to bring my Geraniums in,or can they stay out? They are still flowering.

They can stay out as long as there are no frosts, but you might want to take cuttings so you have fresh plants next year.xxxx

That's so good that you are already starting to see the benefits! One step at a time, but shouldn't stop you imagining how much better you'll feel when your joints aren't carrying so much weight. 18 stone next week!

Hi Sylvi,

You are doing brilliantly. So pleased to read that you are sleeping better now - it does make all the difference doesn't it? I bet you feel like a new woman now!

Enjoy your liquidised food, ummm........ Nom, nom, nom!

Love your flowers.

Hugs and good wishes. Smiler X X

Beautiful picture of your plants. So glad everything is going smoothly for you. :)

Enjoy your day

Sue

You should feel so proud of yourself Sylvi, I'm pleased you are already seeing and feeling the benefits too. You will soon see the scale move under 18 stone, and that will give you another lovely buzz. Just think how much weight you will have lost by the time you are putting the plants back out!! Stay well.

All ii do with the lavender is give it a good haircut and it should be alright. Fuschias need mch the same, but not until they die back and they should be alright.xxxxx

Congratulations Sylvi on losing so much weight I am glad that you are starting to feel better. Your plants look marvelous by the way. I am have a few more bushes in my landlady's garden before the weather gets worse and I need to wrap up the grape vine to keep the frost off it, but other that that the garden is doing well.

Hubby has done a fair bit of my garden for me,but there is a bit more to do if we get some nice weather. I will soon have to bring my spider plants in and start collecting the babies ready to plant in the garden next year.xxx
