Have been in agony all day today because of all the rain that we are getting. It started raining less than an hour ago. The lower lumbar region of my back,my neck and shoulders all hurt and as to my eyes i want to take them out and give them a good wash and hope they feel better afterwards. My hands aslo hurt as well.
Hugs everyone and those of you who are suffering like i am.xxxxxx

Oh dear. Here in Scotland we have the nice weather there was south a day or so ago. We know it wont last though! All I can say is, whatever it is now, it wont last!
And on that theme, I peeled apples yesterday for the first time for months. Whatever happens to us, it doesnt seem to continue, although sometimes it gets worse. I hope you feel better soon, Sylvi. XX
Sorry to hear that Sylvia , the rain has only just got to us so i'm waiting for that to start. My hands are getting stiffer as i do this so , I might have to shut the windows so the damp is not blowing on them.
Sorry your having a hard time of it. Sun is out here yesterday it was very hot. Hopefully you will feel brighter tomorrow. Hug to make you feel better hun love me xxxxx
Nice photo! On the cold wet days I love going to the pool and hitting the hot tub and sauna. Good luck and hope you feel better soon. Cheers Doreen
I'm sorry you feel so awful again today Sylvi. It was lovely & warm earlier today with an almost Mediterranean breeze, we both remarked on it. It started raining about 3ish & my joints reacted too so I dosed myself up, went for a lie down & fell asleep. I've woken feeling stiff but not in as much pain.
I hope it eases for you too, stupid summer weather!
Hi Sylvi, Sorry you are feeling so rough. We had a massive downpour here lunchtime, but it's still so humid. Could do with a massive storm to clear the air. It always plays havoc with my head when it's like this. In bed with another migraine and stiff hands today. Let's hope tomorrow will be better. Lots of love Barb xx
Oh dear. I've just been diagnosed but haven't seen my Rheumy yet. Before I do that we are off to the Outer Hebrides in Scotland - in our camper van. It has been raining heavily down here in the east of England and I'm beginning to get achy - I'm kind of dreading the cold, damp and wind that I'm sure we will get up north. I watch the weather forecast every day and the temperature isn't great, there's usually a big black cloud often with raindrops and mad whirling wind arrows right over where we are heading I know my body feels terrible when the weather is damp and the only good thing is that my first Rheumy appointment is two days after we get back so I imagine I will be nice and creaky and hurting all over by then. Every cloud has a silver lining as they say.
As for your eyes, get yourself some preservative free eye drops ( I prefer drops to gels) and put them in as often as you can during the day - keep doing it, I tend to get fed up and my eyes get dry and sore again, you can also squeeze a flannel out in hottest water and press that over your eyes, I've got a thing called an Eye Bag that I can heat in the microwave but I prefer the wet flannel. The relief is wonderful.
I love your sunflower photo - just beautiful and so cheering on this horrible wet day🌻
Sorry you are in such pain. I've never noticed that the rain affects me negatively. But then I never thought to notice when it rains. The weather here in Tennessee is getting less hot, so I'm thrilled about that. The heat seems to affect me, that I know. I hope you get some relief soon from your pain
