Yes. Xx

Sounds a bit like the nerve pain I get all the way up my legs and arms each night once I'm still - especially bad at night. Might your nerve be trapped in this area?. Torture I know you have my sympathy but mine is very painful at night too.

Doctor told me just to take an extra amitryptaline that means I would be taking 3 well it's still annoying me today so she said if it still keeps up to go back xx

That's not very helpful when you already have the bread knife in your hand and are debating where to make the first cut to hack your foot off is it ? Lol.

Just a tip I use from time to time when I get these sort of nasty constant type of feeling or pains is to keep one of those large drinks bottles in the fridge. With a foot problem like you have I would probably roll a couple of towels up to lodge the bottle on either side of the foot and let the coldness of the water inside cool the afflicted area for a couple of hours at a time.

It usually works for me but I know of course, everyone is different ! Some people use hot water for similar types of problems that need heat.

Take care and good luck !

Nice to hear of other RA sufferers having similar problems for 2 days the inside of my Left thigh has been feeling if it has been Scalded with boiling water I have also had the same feelings on various other parts of my body at different times but not my feet as of yet. Does not happen all the time but very very sore when it does but again time after time nothing to show for it. Take care fellow RA people.

Poor you dee

Have you tried dunking in a washing up bowl of cold water?

I've had the same, on the top and in the middle of both feet. t's awful. An ice pack wrapped in a tea towel for twenty minutes at a time helped a lot. I'm on Tramadol and paracetamol, six months into hydroxychloroquin

, and 6 weeks into methotrexate injections. I am beginning to feel a bit better. At last! Hang on in there! Someone suggested you take a cold (hot) water bottle to bed, and put the painful bit of your foot against it in the night, It seems to help me.
