It seems strange that a lot of us are suffering with painful & puffy feet at the moment, it has to be the heat, doesn’t it?

Yup ... mine is up for the first time in a year so it's the big rise in temps I think. I have had to postpone an orthotics appointment today as I cant have another scan of my foot for an orthotic if it is huge and blubbery! Hoping all our feet soon behave! xx

Hi Dee - Are you taking blood pressure medication? I got a little like that when I was on Norvasc. I hated it. I was switched to Benicar and that took care of the swelling...

Yes hun I take blood pressure tablets called amlodopine

Yep - That is the same thing as the Norvasc. I've never had swollen anything without an injury until I took that stuff. The Benicar took care of it. Good luck getting it straight.. Your foot looks really painful...

It’s a nightmare honestly poor u x
