Hiya Deejojo. I'd been following your journey up to this but not having had a steroid injection in my hip had nothing to add to others' good advice. Do you think what you're experiencing could be a steroid flare? I understand these can happen up to 48 hours after but can subside pretty quickly after that. Were you not told to take anti inflammatories or use an ice pack should it happen? Maybe either or both would help if you've not tried either already.

I hope the pain eases enough for you to have a good night's sleep tonight. x

Knee no I've not tried never told me to take anything just been taking my painkillers x

try taking borax 60mg a day make sure no scent has been added to it you can normally source in the laundry section your pain should go in about 3 days and the arthritis should be gone in about 2 months

combine with magnesium 400-600mg a day, work out what sources of food are the best for you as our body can only take nutrients from food normally especially vitamins amino acids sulphur and hydrogen peroxide heat kills all these things so raw food is the way to go

try Epsom salt bath with borax as well

pills do not work

research Rex Newnham borax conspiracy

Thanxs Hun don't u get frustrated with the consultants at the hospital though??? When I went to see him before our holidays in August he was talking about knee cap replacement and even having another look inside when I saw him again when we came back he said the X-ray showed I had arthritish in my left hip so he started saying then that the pain in my knee could referred pain from my hip

In the past if there was inflammation and pain in my knees I received an injection into the knee. I found that if the knees calmed down so did the rest of the joints. Hope you soon get some relief from the pain but suggest you ask for a further injection into knee if the one given in the hip is not effective. Jude

Been there done that. My husband told me to get myself fixed because he wanted to travel when we retire. So I had my right knee replaced and it hasn't helped at all. So angry to go through all of this for nothing. Not going to do my other knee. I lost my memory after surgery. Didn't know anyone, just so stupid. My family became scared of me. I didn't hurt anyone but like my granddaughter gave me a necklace. It was one of those clear necklaces with the little jewels for each of your children and grandchildren in it. I didn't know what it was. For some reason I thought it was chips out of my dog, cat and parrot that my husband was suppose to care for while I was in the hospital. I told her thank you and to throw

it away. I guess I just assumed my husband had them all killed and somehow kept the id chip out of them. My brain was way out. I did not eat or sleep for seven days. Finally they started physical therapy with me and I started to recover. No they said I didn't have a stroke. People push surgery. If your knee hurts get a new one.
