I do understand where my husband is coming from, he can't stand seeing me unwell but by brushing it under the carpet really doesn't help me. Anyway we had words this morning & I now have a lovely box of chocs & I really wish I could share them with all my lovely friends on here.
A Big Big thank you xxx

It takes quite a while to train other people, given that RA is such a changeable illness. I think my partner has learned a lot from coming to appts with me and taking notes. And he reads things in the NRAS mag. He also looks up articles which he likes to do as he's a scientist. But there are times when he doesn't react the way I'd like him to. But often he's great - now- that after 10+ years of sharing this. Hope your condition improves. The spoon theory is a good way to explain
Caza, enjoy your chocolates, Sometimes an argument clears the air. My hubby comes with me to every appointment so he knows what is going on,but sometimes even he can't understand why i am crying. He cuddles me until i have stopped. It is so frustrating for them isn't it. Share a chocolate with him later on. Love Sylvia.xxxx
