Hi sylvi, The thing about your high level steriods is that you are on it for a short period so you should be able to drop them quicker than normal, I did this after a two week holiday and within two weeks back I was back to normal. please check with your GP. I increased from 10mgs to 40mgs and within being back I was back to10mgs. Matt
They were his words Matt,so i will drop them by 10mgs a week until i get to 10mgs and then i will drop them back to five and see what happens. I can see me staying on them for life as they do work.xxxx
Hi syvli I've been told I will be on them for life along with Hydroxy if it works for my RA. Have a nice break with preferably with little pain. Matt/Fran
Hi Sylvie, Glad to know you have gotten some progressive action. I do know you will feel so much better, even if it has to be for just a few weeks. Now, enjoy your holiday, but please, don't do everything you feel like doing!! Love you, Loretxx
