Amputation?

Had a Dr appt yesterday and he wants me to bring my 2 grown adult children in or at least on the phone. This was my first appointment with him. When he did the Zap Test on my feet and lower Legs I felt nothing, when he did it on my arms I yelped ouch. I think, he is thinking amputation. But, he would not tell me that.

I feel like the damage to my nerves are already done, I don't have any cigs right now, but I want one real bad. I have been complaining about my feet to 2 other Doctors and they never suggested anything to me.
