It’s seven years without cigarettes for me today. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done and I have no urge to start again. I feel a lot healthier and wealthier. I have saved almost £15,000 (based on 2016 cigarette prices), most of which I have spent on guitars 😀

I actually thought my anniversary was the 6th Jan until I checked my old no smoking app! Stopping smoking obviously hasn’t improved my memory.
