I had my last cigarette at 12.36pm on Monday 7th Feb. I chew gum when I have cravings and I'm not even vaping

Still nicotine free even the smell of smoke makes me feel sick now.

You are doing good when I quit over 22 yr ago I chewed gum too also made an afghan for my hubby. I had to stay busy with my hands. Now over 22 yrs I get nauseated when I wind up downwind of a smoker.

Well done that’s great I stoped on the 3 of feb when I had a heart attack on the 3 feb it’s hard but I am doing ok
