One month done onto month two.
I feel pretty good. Still getting afew craving a day, but I just tell myself that I don't smoke and the thought disappears quickly.
Hope everyone else is still doing well in their quits.

Congratulations on 1 month smoke free Hayley (badge assigned )
I was a heavy pot smoker with no tobacco involved. Happy to say I now smoke only a few days over the holidays. Absolutely can’t have it around so now have no pot smoking friends which has been a change. As I’m 57, it’s not that difficult as most people that were dope smokers stopped years ago. Anyhow, no more inhaler and I certainly breathe well now. Plus I get way more accomplished, more hours in the day and not tired during them. It was a dumb habit that crept up just like cigarettes. Life is so much better without these things. I’m so grateful for this chat as it really helped me a lot. We can’t change the past but we can learn from it and more forward in a more positive manner. Addressing health issues realistically is a big part of the process I think.
I smoked pot for years too. I smoked cigarette since I was 16, and pot since I was 18. I would say it took a couple of years and was then smoking both daily. In fact it was pot that got me back into smoking after my 6 year quit. I thought I could do one without the other. I have learnt that isn't the case with me. I'm all or nothing. So quit both at the same time again. I'm coming up to 3 months quit now feeling great. Nice to hear from you Petesake9 and I certainly hear you on the getting much more done without smoking 🤣👍😁
