Hi,Firstly.....WELL DONE!!!! it is hard to do. Most chemists have smoking sesation appointments where you are given patches, or tools of your choice to help you stop smoking. Not sure if this is still running now due to covid? It is where I live. You have got to want to do it though!! I tried several times but always failed as i wasnt ready. I had a heart attack7 months ago and got such a fright that I gave up there and then and have never touched one since. Good luck. If you want to do it and are ready, then you will
Hi, Thank you very much for reply and I’m sorry to hear that about your health condition. I wish you to be well and as well to say Well done for stop smoking.
Congratulations on your decision and good luck! I just finished my first week smoke-free using nicotine spray and lozenges. They help to take the edge off of cravings. I also found a quit smoking app that was really helpful as I could watch my progress and work towards rewards. You can do this!
