Hi just discovered this forum and going to link in this time with peers to help with encouragement and inspiration. During lockdown I have become a much heavier smoker and just stopped on Monday as I really want to shake the nicotine demons. A big milestone birthday this year too which I so want to celebrate as a non-smoker. Reading everyone's posts today is helping!

Hey Marski, how are you doing with quitting? The first little bit can be very tough. I gave up for 11 weeks then started again so I'm going to start over this week.
Dear Marski, really great choice you have made for yourself‼️ This place is the place to hang out and connect with support every step of the way. I couldn’t have done it otherwise.
