Ups and Downs

Everyone has ups and downs, you win playing bingo then your car fails it's MOT that's life right.

Think of your quit journey in the same way only difference being that eventually every day will be a win.The physical withdrawal is fairly mild but the long term battle is phycological.Like all wars and battle's it will end and the victory will be yours to savour.Your enemy is tobacco rolled into paper with a filter stuffed in the end, sounds like a pretty easy thing to defeat and thinking about it now why would anyone want to breath in anything other than fresh air. Win the battle quitters and enjoy the spoils of your work.

Someone smoking 20 Benson and Hedges a day would save £5000 a year, frightening isn't it..
