It's not easy Roxie it seems it will never leave you, but keep doing what you're doing and one evening you'll smile and say " I haven't thought about fags all day long.

Remember it's one of the hardest addictions to beat.

I’m on day 9 and feeling confident that I will succeed. I think the psychology aspect is the hardest. I have to change my mindset and am working on that. Thanks so much for your encouragement. Have a wonderful day.
