I'm 50 years old now been smoking since I was 10 years old we did in them days but now I've had enough I've had two rollie today and told myself enough enough no more

Well done, I stopped 2 months ago, the first two weeks are challenging but once you get past that it's surprising how quickly you get used to not smoking. I watched lots of motivational videos about the benefits of stopping and how lungs heal themselves, I found it really gave me the strength to stick with it. Best of luck to you

I totally agree you do heal even your Lungs taste and smell come back but I've had so much stress but now I know I can do this
