I'm not going to say it's easy not going to sugarcoat anything but I will tell you this it gets easier over time the more you commit yourself to non-smoking the better you will feel. One of the things I can say I'm proud of is that I like myself I know that I really must of hated myself by allowing myself to put some poisonous chemicals in my body. You can make it to 40 days you can be a non smoker
