Day 9!

How did I not do this before is a massive and frequent question I keep asking myself! I went to work today and had the best day. Sitting in a woodlands, chatting to people, surrounded by nature. The day flew by and I love being back at work again!

After work I went to see my best friend for some dinner, some cake she made and omg it all tasted wonderfully! Even had a little gin cocktail!

No cravings. Better mood. No time to exercise but I plan a 5K run tomorrow before the rain sets in for the week....I want to check out my ‘new’ improved lungs!! I only recently completed couch to 5K. This will be so interesting to see how much easier I find my pace and breathing.

I hope everyone has had a good Monday! I love this place for journaling my journey!!!
