Keep fighting, I too have been feeling the same for past 3 days which has also made me feel very emotional, stress has been overpowering but I did deep breathing had some time to get my thoughts and moved on from it all, tomorrow is a new day and I’ll make it a better one, your doing great, don’t give in just find that inner strength from wherever you can and keep pushing through no matter what! It will all be a distant memory soon enough 😊

Thanks I needed that support, it's this feeling of always craving a cig that you pray will go away.I know it will but it's difficult sometimes, thanks for the reply, it's the support I needed 😄.

Hang in there. It does get easier. Take deep breaths and drink plenty of water. When things got bad I walked a lot, sometimes three or four times a day. You have to keep yourself busy and change up your routine. A lot of things we did was around smoking. Good luck

Not a problem, I really know how tough it is because I’ve been experiencing the same and it can be overwhelming, but I know that slowly but surely the nicotine receptors are dying off, you have got this, if your able to get out for a bit then do it or change completely whatever it is your doing at the time, sometimes the triggers is what’s making so difficult, that mountain your climbing is getting smaller, keep pushing, over the past month you have proved so much to yourself, you are so much stronger than first thought so keep going, keep at it, if you find your struggling then just post on here I could be struggling too and giving you that push gives the same back to me, well done and good luck 😊

You can survive these. You are stronger than the cravings. When I was first starting out, I would sometimes just breathe as if I were smoking when I got stressed or had a craving. You know, sharp inhale, pause, long slow exhale. I still do this, actually, and found it very calming.
