Patches

14 Days without fags and still going strong.ive got some more patches as yesterday and today I didn't have any and I was in a really bad way.Feeling more positive about tomorrow as i have a 2 week supply.Im comfortable with wearing the patches for a while as I've smoked for 30 years and 2 weeks is obviously very early days. Smoking is something I did for a longtime but when I see someone smoking is doesn't bother me I know secretly most don't want to.My emotions are up and down I'm generally up beat but sometimes I feel like I'll never feel normal again.ofcourse I know this isn't true and I have more confidence as a non smoker and I'm extremely proud of myself for making a conscious decision to stop. The more I think about cigarettes I realise that I may have well been sucking on an exhaust pipe and that's one of the images I use to keep me strong.
