I guess this is a question for all the members who have quit for more than seven months. How long before you start sleeping all night again?

Will I ever sleep all night again?
Hi reader, I have had issues sleeping off and on since quitting but I would say the last month or so has been pretty good, especially this past week as o have quit caffeine two weeks ago and I also use a weighted blanket. Try really winding down before bedtime to get your body relaxed and try getting into bed earlier. Not sleeping is the worst! I feel like our bodies will continue adjusting for a little while longer, I’m personally expecting it to take at least a full year before I feel fabulous again.
I do sleep better than I did in the beginning. I have been taking melatonin for a couple of months. I still wake up around four or five times a night. I would love to be able to go to bed and sleep all night. The way I did before I quit. Maybe at one year things will change. I actually feel pretty good since I quit but I know that I would feel amazing if I had a good nights sleep. Thanks for your reply.
Really helpful as I thought it was just me not able to sleep through the night, I am so exhausted ! But keeping focussed and I am guessing using a vape is not helping me sleep, nearly six months without smoking
