1 year ago today I decided to to go on a smokeless journey in life.

I won't lie, the first 100 days sucked. After that it was / is so with it.

I made it and so can you.

I'm really proud of you! I started my quit more a less the same date as you, but I relapsed and you stayed strong and now you are doing great and I'm guessing your kids must be so proud of their strong willed dad!
