1. Post with your struggle and name the post 'SOS' so we know the urgency of the struggle
2. Let it all out what you are struggling with even if it doesn't make sense, it doesn't matter!
3. Wait for 3 replies, if no replies straight away just keep posting as often as you need to until you get a reply

Well this is a great idea. I keep finding myself snifging when someone is smoking around me...😳? Don't want to smoke ,(or dont want to go back to day one & that horror)but if i do ill stop and come here and do that.
