The last two weeks were pretty bad. But today I feel better. But most of today I have been craving a cig. This is by far the worst day yet. The good news is I didn't smoke. I just keep telling myself that tomorrow will be better.

Hey reader2019 , the cravings are normal and some days not as bad as others at this stage of journey, I promise, the good days will by far outweigh the bad days.
Read up as much as you can here and elsewhere on the nicotine withdrawal process and have a read of below pinned posts worth a read if not already done so as you approach your 3 months milestone. Knowledge is so much power in this remarkable road.
