Struggling

Well today's the day and I've only been awake 2hrs and I'm struggling smoked 34yrs and so many people it is now catching up with and I want to be able to breathe properly when I get to 50, but don't know if I'm strong enough...

Unfortunately friend you're a drug addict coming off one of the most addictive drugs, even more addictive than heroin. I stopped cold turkey after 30 years too, it isn't easy but you just don't smoke it's that simple. I've been quit 8 years and two months now, you soon get there.

There is nothing anyone can do for you when it comes to the nicotine withdrawal, the stress from it can maybe eased with some relaxation video.

I don't know what else to say but it is possible to do this, I did it and so can you.

Just say no !

Still not made it, I keep saying I'll do it then when it comes rnd to it I can never do it, I enjoy smoking and so much want to quit as much as I enjoy it...
