Phew this is a really difficult time in my quit, I,m trying , but, but ,but
Just torrid at the moment.
Would be so very easy, to smoke, not least, when these huge curve balls hit.
Trying to hold tight.

Ah Tracey, is it something in particular that you are struggling with? You can get through though, you have got by 3 months resisting with major curve balls and will do the same now. Stay strong xx
Stay strong Tracey3 and hold tight. Given all of the curve balls you have dealt with - and there have been so many difficult ones and you have done amazingly well to keep going - it would be genuinely sad for you to stop now (and I am pretty certain that you would not feel any better - probably worse). It is obviously easy for me to say try and not let the curve balls get to you - I wish I could help in some more constructive way. Anyway, you are an inspiring woman and I hope that things get easier for you.
Hang in there Tracey3 we know you can get through this to xx
Hi Tracey..,.Yes, easy 2 minutes and difficult rest of your life...I feel your agony..Hang on in there !!!!
In each of my quit attempts over the years, I would get to 2, 3 or 4 months and be overwhelmed by urges to smoke and each time, I caved. I had all sorts of "reasons" why life would be better or easier if I gave in and smoked. And each time I was furious with myself and so so disappointed. This quit was no different except for some throw away comment someone somewhere said ... "what if tomorrow is the day that this becomes easier, the day that the mad urges stop ... what if by smoking today I am throwing away the feeling of peace I would have achieved tomorrow" ... and so this time I clung on to that thought and I got through ... it wasn't easy but then again, nothing worth having comes easy. Fight this Tracey, I know you can do it.
Hi Tracey, I know how you feel - I'm just over 3 months into my quit and I've been finding it difficult the last week or so. I've been using the stop smoking app I downloaded when I started, as a reminder, and I find that helps me see how far I've come and how much I'd be giving up if I smoked. I think Miscy's advice about tomorrow being the day you feel better is sound - this is all part of a much bigger story. Hang in there! 😊
Good to hear from Ruthess28 - 100 Days Smoke Free, whohoo!
You are going through the 3 month complacency trap, but good news, it will pass shortly and you will be stronger than ever once you get through it, hang in there...
Ruthess! You've got the dreaded Blahs!!! They got me too but I'm alright now.
