15 hours quit gonna do it this time

I just feel different this time had such a scare with my health and even after only 15 hours I feel a bit better

Keep going I never thought I could do it and its 23days quit now.

Hi Maison .Thats really good news !

We all have that inner voice that’s telling us when is time to quit .

First of all maintain a new routine . Give yourself credit for each day .make a list of minimum 5 things to do whenever you get sudden urges to smoke the first 3 months and very important no caffeine no alcohol during those first 3 months .

Read the pinned post on upper or lower part of your page . ..lots of advises there . Keep it up 🦋
