After time goes by skin appears to look better because toxins aren’t bring flushed into our bodies. Give it time and you may notice a new you 🙂

Hi Shar69 I quit smoking almost 2 years ago and my skin has absolutely changed .I see more radiance and less wrinkles .

There are a few reasons for undereye pufines one is genetics , lack of firmness , thinner skin and smoking actually affects even more that delicate area .smoking basically slows down blood circulation and prevents oxygen to reach your skin .Skin is the larger organ in our body ..smoking afecta all the organs in your body

Once you quit you start detoxifying and your brain will not ask for more addicting nicotine .

Best of luck

My skin looks better. I can't say there are less wrinkles, but the tone is better.

Smoking harms 1,000 different parts of our body, so quitting at least prevents further damage.

Hi there. It sounds like you haven’t quit yet, is that right? The only thing I know about the causes for puffiness under eyes are allergies, poor diet or lack of sleep. But who knows ... smoking might cause that.

Have you thought of using a quit smoking aid like Champix? It may reduce your cravings. Good luck!
