Well, this is my first post, really serious about quitting, but am totally freaked out I wont be able to do it! Ive done the Allan Carr clinic, £250 and I had a smoke that evening!
Just really need some inspiration on how you guys all did it. Did you build up to it,and chose a day that you stopped etc. Any diet tips, like juicing etc that I should follow to help flush the toxins out.
A.N.Y help would be so appreciated!
Thanks all!

I have been trying to give up for over a year... each time putting patches on and only getting down to 1/2 cigs still each day, this continued for a couple of months each time. Then I would return to full smoking. This last time I put the patches on and moved my cigs to vaps so instead of having my 1-2 cigs I was using a vap and a low dose. Then one day didn’t have a vape and I’m now on the second stage patch and 10 weeks in this Sunday and no vape or cigs. It has been hard and you need to take 1 day at a time. I have drank loads of water and loads of tea and coffee but almost of the next set of patches so soon to be completely free of nicotine and feeling very proud. Chewing gum sugar free helps as well and do something for you each day even if it’s playing a game etc some time for u. Each day gets easier and this sure helps no end. Good luck and you have made it this far I’m sure you will do fine.
