Starting to lose the desire for smoking! Hurrah! Like tonight I'm not even going to bother as I don't care enough.

Probs the only side effect so far is constipation!!! Did anyone else have that trouble and did it last long!!?

Oh well done to you Stacey 48. Yes constipation , but as I often suffer the opposite problem, I quite liked it. That does seem to be the way with quit symptoms, complain about one and it swivels right round.once every 4 days or 4 times a day.

It all gets right in the end though!
