It’s best to take the medicine at the same time every day with food

I’ve just finished my whole course of Champix and always took it with my evening meal about 6.30 pm. Probably I’m one of the lucky ones but had no problems at all and if anything I never slept so well in my life.

Hey Mrsywhite13 - good to hear from you but sorry your last attempt didn't work but great you are back on the horse, well done!

The main thing is to learn from previous attempts and never give up trying to be smoke free for good :)

Keep us posted on how you are getting on.

With evening meal, about 6.30, what a cliche, but that worked best.
