Been struggling today,

Road trip with my daughter for a University interview.

Stopped at the services for coffee could of murdered a cigarette.

Love the fresh air.

But the boredom of the journey,

Love to keep myself distracted, but couldn’t.

It has been tough.x

Yep. That darn boredom is a trigger for me also. Glad you didn’t give in and instead, chose to post here. It’s choices like that which lead us to victory. Momentary thoughts, fleeting and manageable. Hope your daughter finds just the right university for her.

I wish,

I’ve been ill, and found it hard to stay on track. I started back up.

No excuse I know.

But I’ve got a plan when this flu has done on to go back to my doctor and get Champix.

I had that five years ago, and it really did help beat the cravings.

Hopefully next week.

I hate knowing that I keep failing.

But I’m sure I’ll get there in the end.xx
