Just want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! 11 weeks no smoking and I feel great. Still get urges bad sometimes but fight through it. I hope you all are hanging in there through the holiday season!

Merry Christmas to you too! Well done on not smoking! It’s a great feeling being free. I do feel however, even after 6 months that feeling is there that I could quite easily take it back up. That’s the addictive side of nicotine though. A copper once explained to me, ice, as an addiction, your always fighting it in the back of your mind. He explained the addiction to cigarettes too really. But.....my demon is so weak now, that I can easily over ride his demands. I have also purposely put my side in situations where I can fight away the addictive ness and break down that habit piece by price. The thing is, we are all in that same boat, and many people have conquered it. Lets keep kicking butt!

Thank you for that! Let's keep kicking butt indeed! Feels great to be free of the nic! I would love to have a cigarette of course but that's never going to happen again! We've come to far! Merry xmas!
