Found this site while browsing. Lots of support out there. Good to read everyone's experience stopping smoking. Day 9 without a cig. Went 6 days then had one last Friday. Weekend before one on Saturday. Determined to go this weekend without one. Using champix and an e cig with no nicotine. Not finding it to difficult but worried about staying of when champix finished.

Don't worry about things that haven't happened yet. The key is to take things one day at a time and not to think too far ahead. Concern yourself with getting through each day or hour and cross that bridge when you come to it.
Remember, the less you smoke, the less you will want to smoke. 😊
