I keep failing on day one

I've smoked for only 5 years but I've gotten very attached to smoking since I feel it cured my depression. I've decided to stop now but each time I give in and smoke once in the evening main reason being everyday stress and the fear that I can't do my academic work in the evening due to the mental fog. Each time I feel terrible and disgusted by myself. I hope I manage not to give in tomorrow.

Have u read allen carr : the easy way 2 stop smoking? Helped me a lot. Good luck. Such a sad addiction. And to think we pay money.. For absolutely nothing. In fact we pay money to do harm.. To ourselves. Read the book. Xx
