I think we all have had set backs during a quit. You just ha e to learn from it and try again. Figure out what triggered you to smoke and what you can do differently next time to not smoke. Like leave the house and go get a coffee or chew a straw or something
yes, im the setback queen at moment. went a good 20 days an messed up, an two days ago walked to store an bought a pack. just had hubby rip them up and flush them down toilet. i just am so sick of the craving feelings . im still trying but feel like a total loser having had them puffs. keep at it, im in same boat, good luck
I havnt had one since but finding the electric cigerettes work wonders to ease the cravings! I'm now smoke free day 2 and this time I'm not gona give up....I recommend trying one and if u do.let me know if it helps!
Yes I think everyone whoever has tried giving up any habit has had set backs. That's normal. I gave up last June and was doing so well until went on holidays and bought ciggies as "one off" and befor I knew I was back on them again but now again smoke free for the last few months. It's a constant struggle but I think we should not give up the desire to give up.
