Nose bleeds after quitting smoking
Welcome to our community Prettypurple39 , congratulations 6 days smoke free, well done 🚭💪
When we stop smoking our blood circulation returns to normal and healthy full of oxygen. The blood in your nose could be this. The taste of blood could be your teeth and gums as when we smoke dental and gum issues are masked so a dental appointment for a check up is a must.
Let us know how you get on 😀
Oh no! Im scared of the dentist lol...but I'll be brave ...Thankyou
Me too and left my check up a year and a half after I stopped, had quite bad gum disease and dentist said I was very lucky I came in as my teeth were residing from the gums. Antibiotics and mouth wash cleared it up after about 6 months. Nowadays, the dentist is such a more comfortable experience, you will be grand, I promise
