Its day 15 for me... i posted in another post im popping to the shop today to buy 0% nicotene for my ecig... im feeling confident i can cut that nicotene out for good by reducing my lozenge intake slowly too. Hows everything with you? We can do this 😎😎😎

Thats so good to hear Rest18 . And same here no smoking and the days are getting easier. I have 2 people close to me... my partner and a work collegue on week 1 and i can look back an see how far ive come 😊 whilst also encouraging them makes me feel stronger and not give in 🤣 the weathers turning colder here now in the UK and i can already tell its nice to not be stood outside freezing then coming back in smlling rank lol.
