Day 1 again.

I’m now on lozenges low dose as I only smoke about 6 a day. Fingers crossed this works.

I find the lozenges work 👍👍👍they taste of mint and seem to last longer in the mouth then the gum. They also sell them in wilkinsons around £10 for 92 lozenges if your ever desperate an cant get them on prescription. Its not easy is it.. i feel like im tricking myself to be positive about it lol

Me too! Need to find something other than eating to keep my hands busy lol I think I’ve ate my body weight tonight.

I’m good. It has been a struggle I won’t lie but I’m getting there. I have been a bit grumpy but managed to get thru a stressful day on Sunday as my wee one ended up in sick kids with concussion from falling off her scooter with her helmet on!! It was hard but managed not to have a smoke for the nerves!!! How’s you? X
