Well I’ve had a tough weekend and gave in. I’m now in boots as we speak waiting to see a stop smoking person. Not had a cigarette since last night at 12 though!

Oh no... im sorry to hear this Kiragray 😔 i know you said you were quitting cold turkey but i read this morning the success rate is 3 in every 100!!! This doesnt sound promising and i know i never managed it the anxiety and temptation was to much to overcome... my partner is on day 2 at the moment cold turkey and hes a complete nightmare to be around i asked him if he wants a lozenge lol. Maybe look at using NRT? I couldnt get on with the patches but i have a friend its really working for them. Trial and error for all of us to see what works best. Stay positive xx
