I’m 40 years old and have been smoking off and on for 22 years. I have finally decided that I am done with allowing cigarettes to control my life. It’s been a little over 24hrs and so far so good. Im trying to stay focused on the reasons why I quit. I also only shared with 2 people of the decision that I made. I’m gonna make it this time, I can feel it
