Hey everyone. I haven't posted on here in quite some time. I just wanted to check in and say hi! I hope everyone's quit is going well. It has been 2.5 years since I quit and this community really helped me. It is good to know other people are going through the same achievements and struggles as you are. Don't give up!

Hey ReggieTheApe - over 3 years smoke free now! Congratulations! Sorry for only replying to your post now. I'm grand thanks, working away as a Chef in a local care home for the elderly and loving it, its temp work but suits me at the moment as starting out at trying my hand at novelty cakes and need a lot of practice! 🍰🧁🍲🥘🥗🔪

Nice one Reggie...2 and half years is excellent...always nice when a long time quitter comes back to the forum ensuring the fresh ones that it can be done...I remember in my early days when I see a 2 or 3 years quitters post I thought it was super and wished to be there..!
