Day 2. Woke up feeling more positive.

I'm so proud that I made it through yesterday. It wasn't so easy. I realised. That I have to change the way I think about a few things though. The main thing was realizing that smoking does not change a bad situation or make it better. Yesterday I kept thinking that smoking might pass the time but then I realised that smoking a cigarette wasn't going to make the time pass faster it would just restart the withdrawals. Thanks to Roison for the helpful pinned posts oh and the badge, I have to admit seeing that really made me proud. I gave been really hitting the ecig hard though. I figure for now I'll just use it as often as I need but I do want to start working my way down soon . Thanks again for all of the support and here to making it through one more day. 🤓

Good to read Cashierlady . Yeah, we have to adjust our mindset and routines especially when we used to smoke, but once you get over these for the first time, it is easier the next time. The first month is the toughest in my opinion so don't worry about the use of the ecig, when you are stronger in your journey you can start to reduce and wean yourself off. Continue to take it day by day, hour by hour if needs be 💪🕛🚭

Good to hear. You should be proud. I used an ecig and it does help, lots of our addiction is habit.
