It's been 6 months eek! Still get the odd craving now and again and do miss it sometimes, but the positives of quitting far outweigh anything else.

They surely do Actually, I can't think of any negatives - despite the ups and downs of quitting it's all positive.

Thanks! I'll probably do something which involves food - which seems to be the replacement for tobacco these days... lol

Ya never heard of prosecco Jwk1962 - its a posh fizzy wine originated from Italy, its lovely to drink on holidays in the warm evening sunshine or out the back during the summer

Never heard of it. I'm learning all kinds of new words...sounds good but I don't do alcohol anymore, well since 11/1/2016(Jan 11😃) hmm that date seems kinda familiar...well that date let's the cat out of the bag..
